Ellie has over 15 years' experience in public-sector procurement across local government, education, health and the civil service. Before joining BlueLight, Ellie worked as part of the Transforming Public Procurement programme for the Cabinet Office, and is now leading a project to help support the emergency services sector with implementing the Procurement Act.
