I am honored to nominate Mr. Eric Siaw Nartey, an exceptional SHEQ Specialist whose leadership, commitment, and technical excellence have not only elevated his organization but also left a significant mark on the wider HSEQ community in both Qatar and Ghana.

In 2024, Mr. Nartey led his company to win the North Oil Company (NOC) Outstanding HSE Award, a historic achievement as it marked the first time in the company’s history such recognition was earned. This milestone was the result of his tireless effort to integrate best-in-class HSE practices, enforce zero-harm principles, and drive cultural change across all levels of operation.

Beyond his organizational impact, Mr. Nartey has played a vital role in the HSEQ community at large:

In Qatar, he has actively collaborated with industry peers, safety networks, and project stakeholders to uphold and promote HSE standards aligned with national oil and gas protocols.
