Graham Given grew up in Antrim, inspired by parents in the emergency services, and went on to serve as a Royal Engineer officer in the British Army before spending a decade with the Police Service of Northern Ireland. In 2018, he co-founded Cherton Secure, drawing on his military and policing background to help global clients manage and mitigate risk. Now based in Belfast, Graham also plays a key role in Connect Through Service (CTS), supporting others transitioning from service and continuing to champion the value of lived experience.
