After many years of stability within the department, this year’s festival was delivered by a brand new 
Police Planning team led by Superintendent Olly Cosgrove (Silver Planning lead) and supported by Inspector Mark Nicholson 
(lead planner) and PC Lindsey Pendleton  (planner). 

Mark's background is mainly that of Neighbourhood Policing, but as an experienced PSU and Bronze Public Order Commander recently took up the post of Operational Planning Inspector and has since also qualified as a Silver Public Order Commander and a CT SecCo.
