Essex County Fire & Rescue Service
Responsible for the Talent Management pipeline at ECFRS, with 25 years of further education. Since 2020 Jane is the lead on the Service's Operational Firefighter apprenticeship, and is passionate about apprenticeships to gain a relevant qualification. She is an advocate of coaching and mentoring as a way to help people navigate challenges and further develop potential and opportunities.
