Jo (FCIPS Chartered), with over 20 years in police procurement, is the Regional Commercial Director for Bluelight Commercials’ Vehicle, Aviation, Forensics and Health Care categories, leading a team of 14 commercial specialists. Jo’s team lead the policing national fleet activity, working in partnership with the National Association of Police Fleet Managers (NAPFM), are the commercial lead for the National Police Air Service (NPAS), who provide air support for all forces in England and Wales and recently led the commercial activity for the Forensic Capability Network on the development of the next generation of Physical Forensic Services.
