Jo is the Policing Standards Manager for Investigation and Forensics, and has worked for the College and its precursors for 21 years.  She has always worked in the sphere of investigative standards, starting her career writing practice advice and guidance for investigations, and is now responsible for investigative skills training for police officers and staff, from new to role up to senior investigators
