Julie has been the Endometriosis Friendly Employer Scheme Manager with Endometriosis UK since April 2024. She has extensive experience in managing business support teams previously working with leadership teams in the NHS and higher education in Scotland for over 25 years. Julie graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with an MSc in Human Resource Management in 2016 and completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme in 2019. She is committed to improving the lives of endometriosis sufferers having founded the Ayrshire Endometriosis UK Support Group in 2022
