As Head of Inclusion and Engagement at the Welsh Ambulance Service, she provides strategic leadership on equality, compassionate leadership, and workforce experience, partnering with Executive Teams, Boards and communities to shape fairer, more inclusive services. Kathryn specialises in translating workforce and population health insights into meaningful action, championing lived experience, and tackling health inequalities through evidence‑based, system‑wide approaches.
