Worked for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service for 16 years, 10 years have been in the Prevention Department managing a team of Community Safety Officers who work with the most vulnerable in the Community to reduce fires in the home. I am a Safeguarding Lead for the Service and manage and support all elements of partnership working and Prevention activity.
