Keith is District Commander for Watford and Three Rivers, and is responsible for developing the Tactical and Strategic plans on behalf of Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue for HS2 South Portal. Keith has 22 years' experience in fire service operations and wrote the service response plans for Buncefield Oil Terminal, and previously held the role of Head of Training.
