Kris is the Workforce Lead for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the largest professional association for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK. Kris has worked across the public, private and third sectors and has a keen interest in organisational psychology, mental health at work and digital disruption in healthcare.
