Lianna is Head of Thought Leadership at the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College (EPC). She works to deliver a range of learning insights and leads on production of the UK Resilience Lessons Digest, in support of the Government's commitment to synthesise lessons identified from exercises and emergencies. Lianna is also a Research Associate with Bournemouth University's Disaster Management Centre (BUDMC) and Deputy Chair of the Lessons Board at the Counter Terrorism Preparedness Network (CTPN).
