Liz has worked in emergency planning and the Local Resilience Forum field for over 10 years, starting out as an Emergency Planning Officer at Warwickshire County Council, and very rapidly moving into the LRF world. She has two degrees in Emergency Planning/Disaster Response from Coventry University, and studied in America for a year. She has previously worked in Operational Policy within the Fire Service and also in the third sector for a time.
