Luke joined Humberside Police in 2006. Since then, he has spent time in many different roles in the force control room rising to the rank of Deputy Commander in 2023. In his current role as Deputy Head of the force control room, he is focused on productivity and streamlining processes to enable success. The force is currently testing out AI approaches to improve the victim experience.
