Lynda has recently launched Making Menopause Work, with the ambition of boosting awareness of the menopause and its impact at work, providing accessible insight within diversity, inclusion and gender equality. She won the first West Midlands Police Diamond Award for Diversity through implementing established support groups to better navigate symptoms of the menopause.
