Mark Andrews has been a Wiltshire officer for more than 20 years, and a Federation representative for 10 of those. He is experienced at representing officers in conduct, equality and performance matters, and has really enjoyed that aspect of work as fighting for fairness is his passion. Mark is also NEBOSH and PIP trained. Mark was the Chair of Wiltshire Police Federation for three years before being voted in as the region six National Board rep which incorporates Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Mark then joined the National Board in 2021 where he has taken on the Health and Safety working stream, utilising his knowledge of the area.
