An Emergency Medical Practitioner in South Wales with over 20 years’ service in WAST, Mark is also a UNISON representative and Joint Chair of the Service Partnership Forum. He is committed to making social partnership something real and meaningful, not just within WAST but across all areas. He has seen huge leaps forward within his own Trust but believes it’s important not to rest on those achievements, as this work benefits staff, managers, and ultimately the communities they serve.
