Martyn Jones JP DL is Wales Committee Interim Chair at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager at South Wales Police. He is a Deputy Lieutenant for Mid Glamorgan and South Wales Criminal Justice Board member, and has previously chaired the South Wales Police IAG, was an Independent Member of South Wales Police and Crime Panel and a Presiding Justice and DV panel member on Mid Wales Bench. His extensive work with Welsh Government includes chairing the Poverty Practitioners Group and his role of Equality and Human Rights Lead for the Older People’s Commissioner.
