Matt has served with Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service for 27 years in roles ranging from operational firefighter to tactical and strategic commander. He is now Tactical Manager and Head of the Joint Operations Team, overseeing preparedness and operational learning with civil contingencies partners. As the regional fire service lead for counter-terrorism and complex multi-agency incident response, Matt brings extensive knowledge of the emergency services sector.
