Mike is a founding member of Fire aid, a humanitarian charity that provides ethical and sustainable donations of fire and rescue equipment and training. Although Fire Aid provide aid throughout Europe and the world, the fact he had worked on projects in Ukraine for 10 years pushed him forward to be the convoy  driver lead on the 3 largest Fire Service convoys  to leave the UK. He is now actively looking for further support, equipment and funding to continue this life saving work.
