Nathan is an experienced Emergency Preparedness practitioner, working across local government, the NHS and voluntary sector for the last 14 years. He is also a historian of the history of emergency preparedness, having completed a doctorate at the University of Salford. Nathan is passionate about the role that the VCS can bring to emergency response past and present.
