Neil is a qualified physiotherapist, graduating from Kings College London in 2006. He has since worked within professional football, the NHS, and the private sector. Joining Optima Health in 2020 as Head of MSK Services for the Metropolitan Police contract, he provides subject matter expertise and wide ranging rehabilitation services.
