Neil Sadler

Area Manager, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service
Neil joined Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service in 2000 as an On-Call Firefighter at Brackley Fire Station, moving into a full-time role in 2003. He spent 20 years in the Community Risk Group, holding middle management positions in training, recruitment, on-call support, and fire control. In 2020, Neil became Group Commander in the joint operations team, and in 2023, he was appointed Area Manager Operational support, overseeing joint operations, operational assurance, training and workforce development, and leadership.
