Olivia works for the Ambulance Radio Programme, enhancing emergency communication systems across the National Ambulance Fleet. She joined the Mobile Data & Vehicle Solutions (MDVS) Programme team in 2020, working on key initiatives to upgrade and integrate advanced radio communication systems nationally; her key focus areas have been infotainment integration, the new Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) fleet, and the SECAMB MDVS implementation.
