In 2015, Paul transferred to the National Police Air Service when the Metropolitan Police Air Support Unit became part of the national collaboration. He has served as Chief Pilot and Director of Operations and is currently Head of Flight Operations and CAA Flight Operations Form 4 Holder at NPAS.
