Philip Towers MBE has been Military Paramedic for over 20 years, working the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. His specialist interests are in developing advanced practice and major incident management. He has worked as a Paramedic during several operational deployments and on exercise in various locations including high arctic and indo-pacific. More varied roles have included working as a NILO within a UK counter terrorism role and currently as an examiner for the DIMC and Dip MIM with the FPHC, RCS Ed alongside being an instructor member for IBTPHEM. Philip is also Head of Cadre for Royal Navy and Royal Marine Paramedics and works alongside his tri-service counterparts to develop the role of Paramedics within the Military.
