Rachel has worked in a range of Government departments before joining the Home Office, including HM Treasury, HM Revenue & Customs and Department for Energy & Climate Change. She has undertaken a variety of different roles including media relations in HM Treasury, leading organisational change in the former Identity and Passport Service and undertaking culture transformation in a newly formed Government department.
