Ralph has been a health, safety and wellbeing professional for over 20 years, working across a range of building and civil engineering projects of all sizes, most notably Heathrow T2B, transformation of the Olympic Stadium post-2012, Tideway, Crossrail and HS2. Ralph has brought his experience from 30 years of volunteering with St John Ambulance in a range of roles, including tactical command and control to enhance the emergency response and incident management on construction projects.
