With over 35 years' expertise in the Public Safety sector, Rob has experience in the design and development of public safety radio technologies, including TETRA and mobile technologies such as GSM/3G/LTE. He's worked for companies such as Sepura, Simoco and Motorola in design and development. Rob has also worked for Government agencies on the implementation of Nationwide Public Safety systems. He helped deliver the Nationwide TETRA Network, NODNETT, for the Norwegian Government, using his technical expertise on TETRA. Before joining Leonardo, most recently Rob was a Lead Technical Architect for the Home Office on ESMCP, representing the programme in 3GPP standards, developing features required for ESN as well as using technical knowledge to ensure ESN followed the standards. In February, he joined Leonardo as Lead Solution Architect providing technical expertise and knowledge on Mission Critical Systems for ESN.
