Sergeant, Cheshire Constabulary
Rob is the Rural Crime Team Supervisor and Extreme Weather Sergeant for Cheshire Constabulary. He set up a major multi-agency exercise called Winter Storm and having brought partners together at the Manchester Snow Dome in 2024, he has since co-hosted a conference building on the learning which took place in Liverpool this year.
