Ross Tarnowski
Ross Tarnowski is Head of Training Services at Eagle Eye Innovations (EEI), where he leads the development, assurance and delivery of specialist training solutions for defence, government and commercial customers. With more than 30 years' experience spanning aviation, defence, engineering and education, Ross is responsible for training strategy, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and commercial growth across EEI's training portfolio.
Prior to joining EEI, Ross served as Assistant Principal at the Air & Space Institute (part of Lincoln College Group), providing senior leadership for aviation and space education programmes, strategic partnerships and major capital developments. He also held the role of Head of Engineering and Technology, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving significant growth in learner outcomes and industry engagement.
A former Royal Air Force Aeronautical Engineer, Ross spent over two decades supporting military aviation engineering and training, including work on the Eurofighter Typhoon programme. His qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, a First Class BSc (Hons), and HNC and ONC qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering. He is a Chartered Manager (CMgr), Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), and Fellow of the City & Guilds of London Institute.
