With over 20 years’ experience across public services, Sara has led work focused on leadership, culture change, learning, and organisational development. Sara believes positive culture change starts with honest conversations, strong relationships, and bringing more humanity into the workplace. She focuses on keeping culture work simple and tangible, so people feel able to shape it and influence it, while creating safe spaces for challenge, handled with care and respect.
