Shelley has served with the RNLI for five seasons, initially supporting lifeguard operations before moving into frontline beach lifeguarding. She is now the National Communications Lead for the RNLI’s Women in Lifeguarding Leadership Team, advocating for equal opportunities and inspiring female lifeguards to thrive on the frontline.
