Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme
Simon was appointed Senior Responsible Owner of the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme in March 2021. Prior to this he was the Deputy Programme Director in the National Enabling Programme, helping police forces across England and Wales to transform the way they work and collaborate. Simon is a former Chief Constable (in Sussex and Cambridgeshire) with over 32 years of operational policing experience.
