Simon's qualifications and experience cover a wide array of areas. He has the rare experience of successfully building projects from the ground up, encompassing all aspects of IT implementation. Simon is an inspirational, motivational and highly focused Director. Simon joined Excelerate in 2006, and consistently and routinely exceeds client expectations through effective training of staff, defining of project requirements and timescales, and task management. He has over a decade of experience in management, and is responsible for driving the technical team to successful completion. Simon has been instrumental in supporting emergency services and has assisted with identifying systems to meet operational requirements, technical support, training and scoping of numerous projects. He has successfully led numerous research and development projects and is instrumental in developing innovative solutions for customers.
