Simon has over 30 years' experience in the law enforcement sector, and has held a number of roles and senior positions, successfully delivering crime performance, investigation, reduction and successful prosecutions. This has given Simon unique insights, knowledge and skills whilst working in a large organisation. Simon leads the Business Engagement Team who are constantly engaged with stakeholders across policing, helping them achieve the ambitions of the National Police Digital Strategy.
