Stephanie Buller is a PhD Researcher specialising in multi‑hazard risk management, with a focus on strengthening risk and resilience across complex, interconnected systems. Her work examines how hazards interact, cascade and compound, and how organisations can build adaptive capacity through evidence‑based planning, exercising and decision‑making. She brings experience across emergency management, resilience partnerships and risk communication, translating research into practical tools that support preparedness, learning and whole‑system resilience.
