Steve is currently Assistant Chief Fire Officer Prevention, Protection and Organisational Support with Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Services and Chair of the National Fire Chiefs Council PPE and Clothing Committee. In addition to his position as Strategic Lead, he has a wide range of responsibilities to include Prevention, Protection and Organisational Support, whilst acting to supply cover as Strategic Gold Commander and overseeing appropriate emergency incidents.
