Stuart joined the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) in 2015, leading a multi-discipline team on design, build and testing of Control Room Solution (CRS) up to 2021. He completed the pilot and successful live delivery of the Mobile Data Vehicle Solution (MDVS) rollout which commenced in April 2023. Prior to this he worked within NHS Digital, on National Programmes such as Electronic Referrals, NHS-Mail, Summary Care Record and Electronic Prescription Service, achieving ISO9001 certification for the Organisation.
