Terry Woods is Deputy Chief Constable for Greater Manchester Police and is the National Police Chiefs Council lead for Police Driving and Fleet. DCC Terry Woods began his policing career in Lancashire Constabulary and has enjoyed a wide and varied career serving in several departments including Response, Road Policing & Motorway, Specialist Operational and Child Sexual Exploitation Teams. In the 2021 Queens Birthday Honours he was awarded the Queens Police Medal for his services to policing.
