Tom is a technical rescue specialist with extensive experience delivering technical rescue training, capacity building, and high-risk operational training for emergency services and industry across the UK and internationally. Alongside his operational work, Tom supports international disaster preparedness and response through roles across the UN Simulation and Training Network, European Civil Protection initiatives, national flood rescue advisory groups, and large-scale emergency response exercises.
