Tori is Head of Data Science, Research and Evaluation at Thames Valley Violence Prevention Partnership. She specialises in predictive algorithm design, and the interaction between AI tools and public sector needs and outcomes. She has developed a comprehensive research project lifecycle methodology to standardise high quality consistent research delivery in the UK public sector, used this in leading numerous randomised trials which have informed our understanding of what works, and she was honoured with an MBE for services to technology in the public sector in 2024.
