Resilience Manager,
East of England Ambulance Service
Wesley is a Paramedic, working for East of England Ambulance Service Trust for over 20 years. During the past 3 years in his role as Resilience Manager for Hertfordshire, Wesley has been working with colleagues from police and fire & rescue services on a Tactical Response Plan for incidents within the HS2 South Portal tunnel site. Since January 2023, Wesley has been chairing the Op Talpa group, which oversees this response plan.
