The Lessons Learnt Theatre will bring best practice from across all the emergency services to share ideas, innovation and knowledge that can be widely applied across all services. With sessions from the Air Ambulance charity, expert communication practitioners and suppliers to the emergency services, visitors will learn how some of the key challenges in the sector are being tackled and overcome by those who have been on the frontline. Within this theatre specifically we’ll also be taking a look at the evolving implications and key learning emerging from the global COVID-19 pandemic.
