Let your customers know you will be exhibiting at The Emergency Services Show. We’ve created marketing tools and banners, so you have everything you need to promote your presence at the show. 


Register Exhibitor & Contractor Badges



*All exhibitor badges must include the exhibiting company only. If you have any further questions, please contact your account manager.


Contractors will need to collect their wristbands at the entrance of the V doors of the venue. They do not need to register for a badge.

Lead Scanners

Capture all your leads in real-time at The Emergency Services Show. You will be able to view your leads instantly as you scan, make notes, personalise leads, and set up qualifying questions pre-event. All exhibitors who have purchased a marketing package as part of their stand will have access to the app.

We have secured free parking at the NEC Birmingham in the EAST SIDE 1-4. Please ensure you follow the signs and inform the parking attendants what show you are exhibiting at. You can show your registration confirmation email or your badges upon exit.

Industry Scam Warning

Be aware of scam emails offering fake data lists of Nineteen Group data, fake event guide listings, and fake accommodation services. Always check our list of official contractors in the Exhibitor Manual or contact us if you are unsure of the legitimacy of a third party.
